RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your Grufo must be:

In the same condition in which you received it.

Unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Photos or videos of the product when applicable.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send your package. A return shipping label may also be provided when applicable.
Do not send your return to the sender address shown on the original package. The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately if:

Your Grufo arrives damaged.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

You receive the wrong product, size, or quantity.

An item is missing from your order.
Email hellogrufo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
When an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Grufo will provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Products with stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Items returned without their original packaging, tags, or included accessories.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Gift cards.

Items marked as final sale, except where required by applicable law.

SALE ITEMS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, products clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Products purchased during a regular promotion or with a discount code may still be eligible for return, provided they meet all other requirements of this policy and were not specifically marked as final sale.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different size or product is to request a return for the item you currently have.
Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Product availability is not guaranteed, and we cannot reserve products while a return is being processed.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If an order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable European Union or local law.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the recipient was unavailable, or the package was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be sent again.
If a refund is requested for an undeliverable order, the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered preparation, fulfillment, or shipping.
Once an order has shipped, it must be handled according to the return process described in this policy.
